Ten students graduated from 12th grade, 10 finished 8th grade while six completed 6th grade.
Nine of the 10 high school graduates will study at Eucon International College. One, Tina Cui, will study in Indiana.
During the commencement exercises, Eucon International School recognized the highest awardees from the first to the 12th grades.
The school traditionally gives three annual awards: the President Award which is granted to students who displayed high academic performance and exemplary attitude; the Principal Award for students who displayed a huge improvement; and the Dean’s Award for students who gained the highest academic stature.
The President’s Award recipients for this year from first to seventh grades are Christopher Mafnas, Victoria Nicole Santos, James Matthew Reyes, Jia Yi “Linda” Zhou, Daniel Villarmero, Julianna Patricia Perz, and Ha Won “Samuel” Seo.
Recipients of the Principal’s Award from first to 12th grades are Enoch Chen, Elijah Villarmero, Seon Yeon “Sunny” Woo, Adonna Matutino, Yue Nan “Angel” Xu, Fei Chen, Caitlin Trasmano, Hao Wei Liu, Oyundari “Mika” Tsatsral, Shi Yu “Isaiah” Zhou, Yanan “Joy” Wang, and En Ci “Devin” Zhuang.
The Dean’s Award recipients from first to 12th grades are Joy Yan, Si Ting “Aaron” Zhou, Juancho Siasoyco, Danielle Pineda, Theresa Zheng, Ha Young “Joseph” Seo, Erin Rose Pacheco, Li Mei Feng, Pin Lu Qin, Jin Zi “Angela” Chen, Yu “Tony” Duan, and Wen Jing “Faith” Zhang.
Eucon International School also recognized the students who were awarded honorable mentions. From the first grade were first placer Ken Cordero, second place Michelle Jeon, and third placers Jeffery Sheu and Noreen Vidal. For the second grade, Caleb Yan and Jin SEok “James” Park got first place, Chisa Kobayashi placed second, and Alan Mikhail Matutino placed third.
For the 3rd grade, Ao Feng Zheng and Jan Matthew Millo placed first and second honorable mentions. Gun Lee was first honorable mention in the 4th grade while William Young was named first in the 5th grade. Mark Liban and Xu “James” Gao were first and second honorable mentions in 11th grade.
