Saipan’s newest Rotarian, Marcia E. Ayuyu, general manager of McDonald’s Saipan, was recommended to the club by Rotarian Vicky Concepcion and inducted by Judge Perry Inos, another Rotarian.
Ayuyu said McDonald’s Saipan has been in the business for the past 19 years. She decided to join the Rotary Club to represent her husband, McDonald’s Saipan president Joe Ayuyu. and their company in community involvement.
“We are grateful to the community for the support that we have been getting for almost two decades of our business operation, and we want to give back to the community by joining the Rotary Club and getting involved in the club’s worthwhile projects,” Mrs. Ayuyu said.
Rotary Club’s newly elected president Pete Igitol said welcoming and accepting new members is one of their goals.
Established in 1968, the Saipan Rotary Club has over 40 members.
