Crime Stoppers coordinator PO2 Jason Tarkong confirmed that DPS received a “serious complaint” but declined to release details “that might upset an ongoing investigation.”
On Friday afternoon, Garapan Elementary School principal Yvonne Pangelinan said they filed a report with DPS regarding “a contact of a stranger with students.”
But she said there were no missing Garapan school children, contrary to earlier information that circulated in the community.
She declined to elaborate, adding she was still waiting for the result of the police investigation.
She said she already discussed the matter with her teachers and will be meeting with the parents too.
