Licensing Board executive director Florence C. Sablan in an email said the proposals were published in the Commonwealth Register.
The board, she added, is now soliciting comments regarding the proposed amendments.
The comments must be received by the board within 30 days of first publication which was on March 23.
Sablan said interested persons may request copies of the proposed amendments by contacting the board at 664-4809. They may also email [email protected] or come to the board’s office at Bldg. 1242, Pohnpei Ct. on Capital Hill.
Written comments can be dropped off at the licensing board office or sent by email to HCPLB, P.O. Box 502078, Saipan, MP 96950.
