The scope of services requested includes securing of sites, all permits and approvals from governing agencies, and providing all labor, services and equipment necessary to design, procure, install, construct, test, commission, monitor, operate, and maintain fully operational solar photovoltaic system. generating facilities.
The proposals should be submitted no later than 10 a.m. on Sept. 29, 2011.
