Record of convict in sex trafficking case to be moved to New York

The U.S. Probation Office was likewise ordered to release Liu Chang Da’s pre-sentence report to the New York State Board of Examiners for sex offenders.

In 2006, Liu was sentenced to serve four years in jail for conspiring with his businesswoman girlfriend in trafficking two women from China to work in her prostitution business.

The two women said they were misled and forced to work as sex workers.

Liu’s supervised release term began on Feb. 17, 2010 and ends on Feb. 16, 2015.
