The Voyagers swept Team Pirates off of their feet last Tuesday night after collecting a perfect 7-0 game. The IT&E Voyagers took major advantage of their home arena, Jonny’s Bar and Grill, as the main venue of the night to defeat their foes.
Marc Brian Nelvis, Luis Fajardo, Rolly Villanueva, and Rey Pinangay shine during the 8-Ball Doubles round pocketing the 8-ball in at least three balls ahead of the Pirates from game one to four.
The Voyagers have improved their statistics to 55 wins and 22 losses tallying an overall 71.4 percent winning average.
Team Docomo Hustlers are still in second place preceding the IT&E’s Incredibles last week with 50 wins and 27 losses after defeating Wild Bill’s Shark Attack, 6-1. The Hustlers now have a 64.9 percent winning average.
Tying with the Hustlers is the Voyager’s sister-team IT&E Incredibles with the same statics the Hustlers are pulling in. Last week the Incredibles ran away with the win against the much stronger Voyagers.
The Incredibles have yet to face the Hustlers for a curtain rising bout next week. Winner of this competition will not only receive the second place seat over all but bragging rights as well.
