‘Ballroom Fever’ at GIG on Feb. 9

Dance instructor Eden Quizon said  students of the dance school will entertain the audience with their dance numbers, including chacha, swing boogie, waltz, rhumba, reggae and more.

Quizon said the event is open to the public.

For the past years, Rose Dance School has been promoting and encouraging residents to engage in more physical activities such as dancing to keep healthy and fit.

“We are inviting everybody to come and dance the night away with us. This is the best form of exercise, entertainment and recreation you can get in one package,” Quizon said.

The Rose Dance School has partnered with the Department of Public Health to promote healthy dancing classes for the Wise Women Village Project, and held numerous dance for a cause programs to raise funds for the American  Red Cross and other worthy projects in the past years.

Tickets are available for $7 each from Rose Dance School or at the GIG door during the event, inclusive of one free drink. For more information, call 233-7236.
