(Press Release) — Lions Clubs International for Lion Year 2025-2026 has established the Week of Service for the Mental Health and Well-Being initiative, taking place from Oct. 4–12, 2025. This initiative unites Lions and Leos worldwide to address critical issues related to mental health and well-being. Around the world, mental health and well-being are increasingly important issues affecting communities.
Lions and Leos are making a difference by raising awareness of the importance of mental health, educating and supporting their communities, and advocating for positive change. The organization aims to help reduce suicidal tendencies, loneliness, and anxiety disorders, while promoting workplace well-being and healthy lifestyle habits. Lions believe in the mantra: “Happy Mind, Healthy Life.”
