Priority Care, A+Consulting notch wins in basketball

WITH seven three-pointers and a game-high 31 points, Steve King powered Priority Care past The Game, dealing them their second loss in the 2025 IT&E UFO Basketball League on Saturday at the Ada Gym.

King scored 14 points in the first half and continued his sharp outside shooting in the second to help keep Priority Care ahead en route to a 73–63 victory.

Teammate Marvin Rabauliman paced himself in the first half with just four points, but caught fire in the second, sinking five consecutive two-pointers.

For his part, Leo Galarse suffocated The Game with tight defense and contributed four points. Justice Aldan and Emmanuel Bondad chipped in six points each while Tony Kim delivered five points including a three-pointer in the first half.

Wesley Walker led The Game with 24 points, while Dennis James Mendiola grabbed multiple rebounds and drew several fouls on his way to 11 points, including three free throws. John Libut contributed eight points with strong inside plays, and Jerome Directo added six.

A+Consulting vs ALJRIC

Ervin Villarin erupted for a season-high 45 points to help A+ Consulting pick up its third straight win with a 98–47 rout of ALJRIC.

Villarin dominated from start to finish, slashing through defenders across the court and knocking down three shots from beyond the arc.

Craig Padayao contributed 17 points, Don Brennan notched 11, and Douglas Schmidt chipped in nine to help A+ Consulting maintain a commanding lead to seal the win.
