FEMA’s National Processing Service Center is currently experiencing technical difficulties, which may delay the review of pending cases at the Survivor Recovery Centers on Saipan, Tinian, and Rota, as well as on DisasterAssistance.gov.
New applications for federal disaster assistance are not affected and continue to be processed.
Sinlaku survivors may call 671-735-1050 or the FEMA Helpline at 800-621-3362, or visit a Survivor Recovery Center, to complete their applications.
The SBA and the American Red Cross remain operational at the Survivor Recovery Center.
