(SCC) — The Saipan Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce two upcoming webinars designed to provide detailed information about its annual scholarship program. The webinars will be held on June 17 and June 24, from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. These virtual sessions are scheduled to accommodate the busy schedules of working students.
The webinars will be facilitated by the chamber’s education and workforce development chair, Mercilynn Palec. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about the application process, eligibility requirements, and the benefits of the scholarship program. There will also be a Q&A session to address any specific queries attendees may have.
Palec expressed her gratitude to the Chamber members for their unwavering support stating that “The Education and Workforce Development Committee extends its heartfelt thanks to chamber members for their generous contributions to our programs and events. These contributions are vital to our funding and allow us to continue supporting the community. Our chamber members can see the tangible results of their generosity through this important program. All contributions remain within the CNMI and are directed towards scholarships for current and aspiring students at Northern Marianas College and the Northern Marianas Technical Institute.”
