THE TRUTH of the matter is the Governor is right about “us working together,” which is what I’ve been saying for over two decades with “One People One Direction” to improve our Economic Base while pivoting away from so much dependency upon China. If you watch CNN & other REAL Balanced Reporting Networks, not FOX, and know what is happening with China, then you know the that it would not be wise for the CNMI to put most of our eggs in China’s basket. Taiwan is also an “ally of America,” and China is doing everything possible to turn up the heat on Taiwan, which can easily bring America & the CNMI into a conflict with China. The world is a very “tenuous place,” just look at what Putin decided to do against the approval of the U N and the world. This is a very dangerous game WE (the CNMI) are playing with China, as it not only about economics but world dominance & power of China. If readers have been paying attention to the national news and the informative articles by Mr. BC Cook, and what I have been writing about China then “you-know-better” than to be “chasing-a-Chinese-Rainbow.”
KUDOS and I hope readers saw Glen Hunter’s article on “The subtle art of influence: China’s strategic engagement in the CNMI” because he is deadly RIGHT about CHINA’S growing presence in the CNMI cannot be ignored. Using strategic capitalist methods like the “salami slicing practice,” which is why it seems to be far MORE Chinese businesses now than local businesses — for TRUE its REALITY! Readers need to KNOW that it is Republicans promoting China and if history has taught us anything, WE CAN’T TRUST Republicans who have robbed & doubled crossed-us with a Kangaroo Trial, the Goblin Giveaway BOOST & other schemes. Now that GOP gambling has died on Saipan Jude wants to reopen it on Tinian, as I’ve been shouting since the “Vote No” win inspired by the church that WE need to become a “Family Destination,” not gambling.
WHO is this “Our Common Wealth 670” Ghosts Writers with a fancy name that are pushing China with a legal brief in a letter to the people. Where were they when it seems, Ralph was stealing us blind. We even now learn WHY the Bar Association didn’t act on lawyers going wild in the Senate Impeachment Trial because the former CNMI Bar Association Executive Director Peonie Cabrera was corrupt and they didn’t say a word — only one job it seems of pushing China. Maybe this 670 group must have been on that private jet ride with Ralph in China. These people are trying to push public perception and policy as “Ghost Writers,” wanting readers to trust them on China, not their own eyes & intellect about a movie we already saw with the Casino. While they make a half-truth argument, which is a whole LIE, they want readers to ignore the fact that “WE can’t TRUST China,” as even our Federal Government DOES NOT TRUST CHINA! What do these people want us to do, ignore history, logic, the pending RICO Indictment that includes the Government of China, the unfolding facts with Taiwan and other adverse variables. They need to be complaining about the Casino Commission who are “DUN,” like they spell done in the swamps of Louisiana. The CC doesn’t have anything legal to do with Tinian and any lawyer can tell you there is NOTHING they can do under Bankruptcy. Furthermore, if reducing their salaries sets the conditions for bribes, these Republicans shouldn’t be commissioners anyway! The Governor needs to “recall the CC” who are stalling and finish it himself so WE can start ANEW!!!
I am truly trying to stay out of this year’s election, but the Republicans won’t let me, because they are not ashamed about what They & Ralph did and still doing with their China plea. We all (citizens) don’t mind Chinese Tourists and businesses, but it comes to a point when someone has to say “WAIT – STOP” because the CNMI is being literally on the verge of being overrun by Chinese influence out of our desperation. FYI for those readers who didn’t know, the Republicans have always been about “the business sector’s issues first before addressing the people’s issues,” while Democrats “put the People first before businesses” which is why we only see Democrats raising the minimum wage, which is just one of the realities in that separate the two parties. At this important and critical juncture in our Economy the CNMI needs “sound, progressive foresight” to turn things around which takes TIME, not Party Politics for China!
The reality is, the CNMI is still being harassed by the same people who got us in this economic mess — Republicans!!! But they are keeping their party affiliation “hush hush” just like the Cannabis Tourism Industry they created FOR Votes only. The Governor and Chris Conception at MVA are doing all they can to try and turn our economy around and my only suggestion to them is to be MORE diplomatic in promoting the CNMI and make the hard decision to promote our Cannabis Tourism & Hemp Industries that have the potential to bring new revenues. The Republicans can go “you-know-where” with their Our Common Wealth 670 group that is spouting potential political antagonism with “our-fathers-in-Washington” with China — WE’VE had enough of GOP Politics for A-while!!! One People, One Direction.
