THE AP Group on Friday donated $500 to Run Saipan’s 3rd annual Grotto 10K event, which is set for Saturday, June 1.
“They’ve been supporting us for quite a while,” Run Saipan President Edward Dela Cruz Jr. said.
He noted that AP Group’s Tapped Out hosted the awards party for Run Saipan’s 2022 1-year road mile championship race, and, in 2023, sponsored prizes for the Run Saipan half marathon.
“And now they helped sponsor our shirts for this year’s race. A very huge thanks to the AP Group…. We hope we have their support again for Grotto 2025,” Dela Cruz said.
The 3rd annual Grotto 10K run is for runners and walkers of all abilities. The event, which starts at 6 a.m. at the Grotto, features an out-and-back semi-flat course. Water stations will be provided at the starting point, the Bird Island Look Out, and the turnaround point, just past Kalabera Cave.
This year, the age divisions are for 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54,55-59,60-64, and 65+.
