Worker accuses woman of threatening to kill her

A WOMAN who has a pending labor case is seeking police protection after a person allegedly threatened to kill her at the Department of Labor and Immigration in San Antonio on Thursday.

Victoria T. Ladia identified the suspect as “Christie.”

Ladia told the police that she was at DOLI for a hearing on her labor case she filed against her former employer.

Ladia said she noticed that Christie, a friend of her previous employer, was also attending the hearing.

After the hearing was finished, Ladia said she walked outside the office and saw the suspect following her.

The complainant said Christie told her she would pay her $10, and that she wanted her dead.

Ladia claimed that the suspect had been calling her house, threatening her several times on the phone.

Ladia said she was scared.

As of press time, the suspect had not been arrested.
