The Lions Clubs International District 204, Region 2 officers and members recently delivered gifts for the infants and toddlers with disabilities served by the Child Development Assistance Center (Early Intervention Services). Global Service Vice Chair Lion Marie Javier worked in coordination with Global Service Chair and Past District Governor Lion Herbie Perez, who purchased toys from Guam and shipped them to Saipan. The Lions would also like to extend their appreciation to Lion Ladyvir Canape for assisting Lion Herbie. The Lions presented the toys to CDAC Director Robin Lizama Palacios and her staff. Director Palacios expressed her gratitude to the Lions for their continuous service to the community, and for bringing the spirit of joy to infants and toddlers with disabilities, and their families. For their part, Region Chair Lion Annamae Mayuga, Z-3 Chair Lion Mar Masilungan, Z-1 Chair Lion Arcelie Lizama, all club presidents and service chairs thanked their members for tirelessly supporting the Lions’ community projects. “A gigantic roar for everyone, and happy holidays!”
