Legislature’s Ernest Duenas scattered 30 points as he hit two three pointers in the second and third quarters and basketed his seven free throws.
The others teams competing in this year’s league are Office of the Public Auditor, Northern Marianas College, Department of Cultural and Community Affairs, Commonwealth Ports Authority, Department of Corrections, Department of Public Safety, Mayor’s Office, Legislature, Tinian and Aguaguat.
