The bike raise is among the fundraising effort of Manny Sitchon, among those who will compete in the 2008 XTERRA World Championship Maui, Hawaii in October.
He organized the Bike Race raise fund for his travel expenses and accommodation.
He said in an email yesterday that 40 bikers have signed up to join the ride and more have also confirmed to show up on race day
The World Championship is limited to top 500 qualified triathletes from different XTERRA triathlon races all over United .States and its territories and other countries.
The mountain bike course consists of two categories—Road Bike and Mountain Bike
The road course starts at .Hyatt Regency in Garapan then, to Suicide Cliff, Btrd Island Lookout, Banzai Cliff and back to Hyatt Pavilion.
The mountain bike starts at Hyatt, Last Command Post, Marpi Landfill, Banzai Trail Boonies, Banzai Cliff and back to Hyatt Pavilion.
Race time is 6:30 a.m., but the registration starts at 5:45 a.m.
Registration fee is $20.00 which includes cycling jersey and raffle prizes.

The international triathlon course in Maui will be legendary, Sitchon said as it combines a 1.5 kilometer swim in the ocean waters, 30 kilometers of biking including the 3,000 feet slope of Heleakala volcano, and 11-kilometer trail run along sands and lava rocks.
