In a letter to Norvert Villanueva, Chief Operation Officer of PNCC Digital TV said that the company has not explained why it has been selective in the broadcast of programs.Toribiong is also asking the PNCC to provide the chamber with official transactions of the PNCC board in approving the policy.Earlier, Toribiong questioned PNCC for allowing President Remengesau to air issues that have political undertones while refused to air a program he proposed due to its alleged political content.“I firmly believe that whatever policy for the PNCC should be implemented fairly to all its customers regardless of your government position or status as your letter claims,” Toribiong said.He said PNCC has not been setting a fair and high standard of services that PNCC is attempting to portray. He said that he intends to pursue the matter until it is settled.
