These new cases bring the CNMI total to 73 since March 28, 2020.
The three individuals, who came from U.S. territories, were identified through travel screening and testing upon arrival.
They are now in quarantine at Kanoa Resort for close monitoring.
CHCC said it has already initiated contact tracing for the most immediate contacts of the new confirmed cases, including passengers on the same flight.
There are currently four persons in isolation — the three newly arrived passengers and another recent traveler.
So far, 47 cases have been identified through travel screening — 27 of them came from the U.S. mainland; 10 from U.S. territories; and 10 from a foreign country.
There were 26 individuals identified through community screening; 10 from community-based testing; and 16 from contract tracing.
It has been at least three incubation periods or 42 days since the last community transmission.
There have been two Covid-19-related deaths in the CNMI since March: a 77-year-old woman and a 70-year-old man, both with underlying medical conditions.
On Guam, as of Thursday, there had been 2,550 officially reported cases of Covid-19 with 49 deaths, 635 cases in active isolation, and 1,866 not in active isolation. Of those cases, 2,277 were classified as civilians and 273 were military service members.
There were also 62 newly reported cases on Guam, Thursday — 26 cases were identified through contact tracing, and one case reported recent travel from the U.S. and was identified in quarantine.
