The 33-year-old Saipan post office employee started his transformation in January and worked on his body for 12 long weeks.
In the international challenge, Tudela edged Russia’s Denis Batakov, Paddy Rivas of Aguascalientes, Mexico and Steven Cooks of Australia.
In the international women’s division, Saipan champion Venus Raguin placed third behind the Netherlands’ Llduina Verbeek, who finished first, and second placer Victoria Korobochka of Russia.
