The Customer Center will only entertain critical transactions from its customers:
1) Payment and token purchases
2) Reconnections (existing connections)
3) Prepay meter applications (for online/web-based meters)
4) Termination of services
CUC reminds its customers to follow the Covid-19 prevention measures when entering the Customer Center as this was put in place to protect our customers and our employees.
