Recently, Northern Marianas Athletics General Secretary Robin Sapong shared that two of NMI’s local officials, Greg Borja and Ben Rayphand. completed the World Athletics Technical Officials Education and Certification System Level 1 online courses with expectations of more to follow suit.
Borja and Rayphand must attend and officiate three competitions under the Northern Marianas Athletics to be awarded the TOECS Level 1 certificate.
