SAIPAN International School outlasted Chacha Ocean View Middle School in the girls middle school division of the NMIVA-PSS Interscholastic Volleyball League SY23-24 Thursday at the Marianas High School gym.

It was a close first game, but SIS defeated Chacha 24-22 in the first set and again, 21-18, in the second set.

In a post-game interview, SIS head coach Stacey Eno stated, “We are a young team and new to some very advanced rotations and skills, but taking it all in stride.”

SIS’s roster consisted of Aubrey White, Lya Kim, Lina Tsukagoshi, Miley Mafnas, Beatrice Gross, Kate King-Manglona, Eliza Culp, Faith Arriola, and Addalee Taflinger.
