THE CNMI Office of Planning and Development on behalf of the Inter-Island Solid Waste Management Task Force invites you to a public hearing on Nov/ 15, 2023 from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Tinian Public Library to share your thoughts, voice your concerns, and learn more about the CNMI Comprehensive Integrated Solid Waste Management Plan.

The plan charts a sustainable path forward for the CNMI’s solid waste, spanning the development, operations, and maintenance of compliant landfilling, recycling, and composting facilities for Saipan, Tinian, Rota, and the Northern Islands. It includes supporting activities such as education and outreach, conservation, and more.
