The Attorney General’s Office charged Patrick Torres Castro and Seichi Aoki, 22, with one count of riot.
Michael Castro was arrested with three others — Sos Ludwig, Sipson Ludwig and Onochew Iata — after engaging in a fight that damaged Hossain’s vehicle and resulting in the stabbing of Patrick Castro in Chalan Kanoa on Jan.10.
The affidavit stated that the taxi was operated by Hossain with the three other suspects as his passengers.
Upon arriving at a store, Hossain and her companions engaged in an argument with the Castro brothers which resulted in a fight.
