Hudson Severiano was on trial before Chief Justice Arthur Ngiraklsong on October 8 and 9 for nine counts of charges for abusing a 12-year-old victim.
Chief Justice Ngiraklsong found the defendant guilty of three counts of indecent assault, three counts of child sexual abuse and three counts of sodomy.The court set the sentencing for January 23, 2009 at 10 a.m.Severiano was charged for abusing a 12-year-old boy on August 24, August 25 and September 5, 2007.The affidavit of probable cause submitted to court stated that the boy’s mother went to the police station on September 5 and reported her son’s ordeal to the police.The victim told police that defendant abused him sexually while they were at the summer house on September 5.The affidavit stated that defendant ordered the victim to perform oral sex for him.The affidavit stated that the defendant abused the victim twice a week since he got out from jail.The court document stated that defendant was incarcerated for several years for raping an older woman in 1999.The affidavit also stated that the defendant started molesting the victim when he was five years old.
