Hilado, second left, paid a courtesy visit to Gov. Arnold I. Palacios, 2nd right, and Lt. Gov. David M. Apatang, left, at the governor’s office on Thursday. Hilado, who will end his tour of duty in the Micronesian region, conveyed his gratitude to the CNMI government for its ongoing assistance to the Filipino community on Saipan, Tinian, and Rota. He said the Philippine Consulate General, for its part, will continue to cooperate with the CNMI on matters of mutual concern.
