360 Revolving Restaurant is serving a Mardi Gras-inspired lunch and dinner menu matched with a New Orleans-like atmosphere and free beaded necklaces for women starting Tuesday, Feb. 21 until the end of the month.
“We want the community to experience the good food and good music that happens during the Mardi Gras festivities in New Orleans,” 360 partnering owner Andrew “Andy” Colburn said in an interview.
“This is a festivity that is filled with revelry and parades day and night,” Colburn said. “Beads of yellow, gold, green, purple are commonly distributed, and eating king cake is the iconic part.”
360’s mouthwatering Mardi Gras Cajun set includes jambalaya, seafood gumbo, red beans and rice, crawfish, etouffee and king cake for dessert.
The hearty meal can be enjoyed with drinks such as Hurricane, Bloody Mary and French 75.
Colburn said guests will enjoy their meal while authentic New Orleans music plays in the background.
