Rotarian Brett Doney, 3rd right, is a member of the Great Falls Montana Club. He is also the president & CEO of the Great Falls Development Alliance, a nonprofit regional economic development organization and community development financial institution. Brett has been a professional economic developer for 38 years. He is visiting Saipan for the third time as a volunteer of the International Economic Development Council.
