Crisostimo, Ind.-Saipan, yesterday said he did not approve the publication of the statement he made to this reporter at his office last Friday.
On that day, the senator said he planned to run for governor next year and might join the GOP primary.
He said the GOP had never abandoned him, unlike the Democratic Party, which “left him behind, twice.”
Crisostimo later told this reporter to talk with his chief of staff who then stated that she needed “to discuss the matter with our associates first.”
