Trench Tech revises Trench Warz IX main event, found female challenger for Sambile

According to Trench Tech, Manny “The Enforcer” Chong has pulled out of the competition to give way to work assignment at his office.

Chong works at the Guam Police Department, which is said to be short on manpower.

Trench Tech also said Chong might leave off island during the day of the competition to attend a seminar for the police department.

Chong extended his apologies to the organizer of the event.

Justic “Cuki” F. Alvarez, president of Trench Tech and promoter of Trench Warz IX, Chong will be replaced by the 225-lb. fighter, Reuben “The Booben” Quinata.

Quinata is from Spike22 Fight Academy Guam.

He has a 3-0 win-loss record.

Alvarez cited that the heavyweight Quinata has claimed to have won 67 street fights and has not suffered a single defeat in these out of the octagon bouts.

The new guy in the lineup holds a professional mixed martial arts record of 3-0 (win-loss).

He has defeated Toby Mesa in October for the heavyweight title of Preba Hao.

On another development, Trench Tech has finally found an opponent for 19-year-old Jennypy Sambile in the female MMA category.

Tara “Tarantula” Namauleg tips the scale at 125 lbs. – two pounds heavier than Sambile.

Just like Sambile, challenger Namauleg will also have her debut bout at the Trench Warz IX at Royal Taga Hall of Saipan World Resort on December 12.

Based on record, Namauleg has zero wins and one loss in boxing.
