According to Radio Vanuatu, Korman said he will no longer entertain any negotiations with members of parliament whose motives are personal and not national.
In a statement released after Tuesday’s motion of no confidence was withdrawn, Korman said MPs who frequently switch allegiance cannot be trusted by their own political parties.
He said he will no longer deal with such MPs in any future motions.
The fourth motion of no-confidence against Prime Minister Edward Natapei was withdrawn before entering parliament because of a lack of support.
