THE Governor and his emissaries do have the right to express their FLAWED Opinions but they don’t have a right to Dictate-the-Facts! From day-one, there has been one attempt after another by the Governor to “eliminate and even destroy the evidence against him.” But to this VERY-DAY, the Governor nor his attorneys have offered a single piece of evidence that proves he is not guilty of the many crimes he faces. Now he is appealing his Lawsuit against the JGO using Lawyers that WE the People are paying for that is really a crime which is why I’m pushing for the Democrats so our Laws can be “Upgraded” to prevent a Governor from abusing-power by hiring separate attorneys at the cost of the People — it’s pathetic!
The Governor is using OUR money to pay his lawyers to “assert their OPINIONS” to try and avoid guilty verdicts in the Legislature and our State Court that really won’t work with the Feds. But his lawyers haven’t presented any Case Law of Precedents that shows the Separation of Powers in our Constitution allows the Governor to literally committee crimes and not be held accountable — it’s called “checks & balances” that we teach to students. The Governor and his lawyers are asserting OPINIONS only which is why his defense is so “pathetic” with no evidence on innocence. In fact, it is the lack of any FACTUAL evidence being the main reason the Governor and his lawyers are attacking the JGO and OUR Laws instead of putting on a real defense — ugly and horrific! Judge Bellas even stated the FACT that “the separation of powers doctrine does not afford even the United States President blanket immunity from subpoenas,” as No-One is above the Law — HELLER! If you truly believe the Governor and his Dishonorable Lawyers & Senators can just toss all the evidence in the trash with the OPINION that no crime was committed then you need a “Reality Check-up” because the FACTS clearly PROVE the Governor is a criminal and so is the Lt. Governor and Angel Demapan with more FACTUAL-Proof of other Republican criminals to come — WAKE-UP Voters haven’t you seen ENOUGH!!!
I realize that even my Op eds and Letters to the editor are merely opinions but they are also representations of the FACTS that can’t be denied or ignored, which is why they are so powerful, as “truth & facts” will always prevail in the end over opinions as, it’s not about me but the FACTS I share. Most voters get-it, but the Republican “die-hearts” need to be reminded that I wouldn’t be able to publicly call the Governor a “Lier and accuse him, the Lt. Governor and other Republicans of crimes along with their poli-tricking, deflecting, gaslighting shows” if it wasn’t based on FACTS! Let’s be REAL about this and face the REALITY-of-the-FACTS that these guys need to GO!!! Opinions are one thing, but FACTS & LAWS always PREVAIL!!!
The Governor’s emissaries like Robert Hunter, Ms. Grace, Tom Mitchell, The Pseudo Scientist and others can only “hide in the comment section and talk about me getting in trouble nearly 50 years ago” but not a single word about the MESSAGE-of-FACTS in my Op eds & Letters to the Editor. This is what the Governor and his emissaries do, try to cast doubt by attacking the messenger with their ugly and even prejudiced Opinions because there is nothing they can do or say about the MESSAGE & FACTS. Maybe one day will get-it too that Ambrose M. Bennett is NOT-Ashamed of his past, as it helped to make me the good-man I am today. Readers need to know, the LAST thing these Republicans want is for “an out-sider like me” to be respected & recognized for accomplishments & contributions by the People. NO Love & Forgiveness like they were taught in Mass, just Hate because “I’m not a Loyalist who speaks Truth with Facts” which is why the Governor nor his Representative showed up to present me with the NMI Humanities’ “Governor’s Lifetime Achievement Award” and why the Governor just USED me to get Marijuana Legal but TRASHED me from getting a job with the actual implementation. For me he doesn’t play fair and is the most scandalous Governor in CNMI’s history.
The CNMI really needs for the readers and especially voters, to pay close attentions to the EVIDENCE & FACTS like real jurors and just throw the opinions in the trash-can like the Governor and his lawyers’ Opinions have done with our Laws. I don’t think anyone can deny the FACTS that these Republicans have become corrupt, the CNMI’s Economy has literally gone BACKWARDS and the quality of life has gotten WORSE with prices rising while incomes remain virtually the same as they were twenty years ago. The Governor and his Lawyers are spouting Legal Opinions, the Lt. Governor is spouting his frivolous Opinion of Trust-building when WE need Economic Re-building. Drop the Opinion Spouting and vote based on the FACTS it’s really that simple to fix our government.
