If you can guarantee the following we believe that every single government employee will support and agree to your wants and needs.
1. CUC Surcharges — Remove all surcharges and any other extra charges and place a 24-cent flat rate across the board per kilowatt usage. and 28 cents flat rate for commercial users. Government and non-conforming load remains the same but remove surcharges.
2. CUC Power and Water — Ensure and guarantee that no one shall be disconnected by CUC.
3. Telephone, Cable TV, Internet — Guarantee that all our accounts shall not be disconnected by either IT& E or MCV.
4. Trash Collection — Guarantee that you will have someone in your administration pick up all trash for government employees twice a month.
5. Fuel — Write a guarantee letter to Shell and Mobil that you will be the one taking full responsibility of all government employees’ gas purchase for privately owned vehicles to and from work.
6. Banks — Write a letter to all the banks on island and off island guaranteeing that no government employees credit rating is damaged by such wants.

d. Retirement Fund — ensure and guarantee that accumulated retirement contributions shall not be further hindered or diminished or that the Fund will go bankrupt.
e. Debt Collectors/Lawyers — ensure and guarantee that no collections agency or lawyer shall take anyone to court for delinquent payments
f. Child Support — ensure that your attorney general or any private lawyer sends anyone to jail for delinquent child support payments.
g. Probation/Traffic Tickets and all other fines — Ensure and guarantee that no one shall go to jail for failing to pay fines ordered by the courts
h.. Children’s needs and wants — Guarantee that you are always available to pay for all the needs and wants of our children, such as clothing, toys, schools supplies, laptops, games, accessories and so forth when needed.
I. Birthdays and Special Occasions — ensure and guarantee that you will provide all necessary items, food, drinks and so forth especially when our children’s birthdays arrive.
