Micro Mix beats Parao in Pohnpei softball

Ardos Luzama, Alden and Mike Taitano did not allow a touch down on Parao’s fly balls keeping them scoreless in the final inning.

Alden struck out two in the first and second inning allowing only six hits and three walks.

Igisaiar who replaced him on the mound allowed only one runs scored, gave up three hits and two walks.

Taitano a run-scoring single in the second and drove in Ben Aldan Jr., with sacrifice fly in the fifth inning.

OSHA 11, Falcons 1

   Navar hit run-scoring double and single hits in the final inning to lead OSHA in the winning rally against Falcons.

He also sent Austin Eli and Jess Storm home in the second inning for his four RBIs.

OSHA pitcher, Blas had only one strike out but centerfielder, Ike was oftentimes in the right spot to foil Falcons’ home run attempts.

The Falcons’ eight base hits also went nowhere with help from second baseman, AJ, first baseman Jun Ryan, and right fielder, Austin Eli.
