Team Islanders started the game with precise execution of their halfcourt offense and errorless fastbreak transition game that came about to be nearly perfect. They then started to break loose from their adversary beginning second quarter putting up series of unanswered points that the breakers could not match. Breakers could no longer get back to the game since the lead of the Islanders has ballooned and have controlled over all aspects of the game. On other games, team Blue Sharks thumped on defending champion Stingers with a final score of 74 – 57.
As for the next scheduled Division 1 games, Stingers will be meeting with team Ranchers on Monday followed by a match between top two teams Peched – Raw and Ngermid – Rivals. Then on Wednesday, Stingers will see action again against Surangel on the firstgame while Breakers will try to get back from a devastating loss against a powerful team Styxers on second game.
