It was a season when Christians remembered the sacrifices of Jesus who saved us from our sins.
Elsewhere, Christians commemorated Jesus’s sacrifices with lots of religious activities, including community service.
The Bicol Association in the Northern Mariana Islands, or Bianmi, once again served the pilgrims last Friday by providing them with free ice-cold water and food.
The general membership of Bianmi would like to thank all the donors for their generosity that made our religious community services possible:
Coca Cola Micronesia Inc., WIRES, Primetek, MAFEA, Tripple “R” Auto Shop, Micronesia Wood Craft, Carnots, Cool Care, GPPC, Champstar Electronics, Sunny Whole Sale, Philippine Consulate General staff, Sky Castle Limo, J’s Restaurant, other group donors and individuals.
Despite the cold early morning temperature, the spirit of “Bayanihan” among us was evident.
Our sacrifices were blessed with the miracle of the Resurrection and His abiding presence in our minds.
