Schrack said federal grants supervisor Rosa C. Aquino is resigning effective today.
He asked all department and activity heads of the CNMI government to cooperate with the acting federal grants chief.
“Your cooperation and assistance is greatly appreciated as Mrs. Cepeda assumes this added responsibility,” he said in a memorandum circulated yesterday.
