Sgt. Michael Rafael identified the suspect as Felix Merep.
Merep was arrested for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.Rafael said the incident happened on Monday night in front of Mobil gas station in Madelaii.Rafael said the police report indicated that the suspect and the victim were arguing in front of the gas station at 9 pm.The suspect then armed with a knife attacked the victim in the forehead.The victim sustained a cut in the forehead and was transported to the hospital for treatment.The victim suffered a 1.5 inches long cut in the forehead.
