Sgt. Michael Rafael said that the minor did not suffer any serious injury but the incident is still under investigation.
The incident was reported to the police on Wednesday at 3:44 pm.The minor was aboard his bicycle and was heading towards Bank of Hawaii when a silver sedan hit him.The driver of the sedan who is said to be a young Palauan who had a young Palauan girl as his passenger got out of the car and asked the minor if he is alright.When the minor assured the driver that he was alright, the driver went back to his car and drove off towards Madelaii.
