From young aspiring athletes like Janessa Aquino to high spirited veteran swimmers like Jim Bell, the participants, as well as the volunteers made the fundraising event a big success.
Like Bell who did not leave the life of an athlete, the runners lived up to the theme of not giving up as they completed the rugged five-kilometer course together.
Joey Patrick San Nicolas, son of Atty. Joey Patrick San Nicolas came in at one hour and 27 minutes with an amazing and inspiring story of not giving up.
Manglona and San Nicolas trekked the rugged course and crossed the finish line together.
