According to the the department, Hughes is planning to travel to three of the FSM states before she leaves the country.
Prior to the conclusion of her tour of duty, she will pay farewell calls on Kosrae Gov. Robert Weilbacher, Yap Gov. Sebastian Anefal and Chuuk Gov. Wesley Simina.
Hughes will then make her final departure directly from Chuuk on Sept. 7 enroute to Washington, D.C.
