With an enormous sum of $2,500, Shell Palau has extended again their charitable hand once more for the association to help them in maintaining and possibly repair the canoes used for the trainings and competitions for the athletes. Through the combined efforts of the officers and members of the association of Palau paddlers, they were able to acquire monetary assistance from one of the biggest contributor in terms of financial support for all kinds of sports for the island. CAP would like to lengthen their sincere appreciation for Shell in their continued support for the sport of canoeing.
With the kind hearted donation coming from Shell, CAP will be able to perform fluidly and accurately on the activities lined for the association and would pose a great help in developing interested paddlers for the upcoming 2010 Micronesian Games.
