Lt. Peter Napoleon identified the man as Jack Nickson.
Napoleon said Nickson went to the Midtown gas station to get a gasoline.The suspect then went inside the store and stole spam.Nickson went to the restroom and hid the spam inside his pants.However, an employee saw him and reported it to a police officer who was also getting a gas at that time.The police officer immediately accosted Nickson and cited for petit larceny.
