The Sparks gave Celtics a tightened grip early in the first half as Manglona banked three points.
Frank Mettao also went ablaze firing eighth points for the Sparks four-point advantage in the first half.
The Sparks put up a full court defense forcing the Celtics to fumble with their ball possessions.
However, the Celtics managed to close in a bit when the Sparks consecutive turn overs went to nothing and Tim Taguchi and Sean Sablan responded with four points respectively.
This just heated Manglona ever more as he bombarded the Celtics with 16 more points and the Sparks never looked back leading to their 47-27 victory.
