Timothy H. Bellas named judge pro tempore in governor’s lawsuit against House JGO

CNMI Supreme Court Chief Justice Alexandro C. Castro appointed the former judge. “Parties shall notify the Clerk of the Superior Court in writing no later than 10 days from the date of this ORDER of any good cause or reason why Timothy H.  Bellas should not serve as judge pro tempore,” the chief justice stated in his order dated Dec. 15, 2021.
