OPINION ǀ Truth 141: Cutting the Future & the Subliminal Delegate Race!

THE Truth is “every cut to education is a cut to the future of the CNMI” and my complaint with the COE doesn’t mean he is doing a bad job, just infected with CNMI’s ugly “blackballing politics”. However, I can’t remember this happening when Kilili was our Delegate, as he was always bringing money to the CNMI, especially for education. I can remember Arnold asking me “what are your deliverables” when discussing hiring me to reform the Cannabis & Hemp Industries and the same question applies to our Delegate, “what about her deliverables.”  I warned OUR challenge might be more about her Republican Party than her, as Trump is not trying to help anyone other than his loyalists. And now there is clearly a “subliminal (unofficial) race for Delegate,” which I’m sure is the reason Dr. Galvin Deleon Guerrero stated his intentions so early. While no direct blows have been thrown yet, it is clear that King-Hinds has a formidable opponent who will “Say Something” and given his record at Mt. Carmel & NMC, he will also Do Something if elected.”  But I’ve been waiting to see what would happen with our Delegate wishing for success, but for me it has been “more lawyer-talk than real deliverables.”

She has been addressing many Local issues that are really the job of the Governor which is a “deflecting & gaslighting show not the deliverables” like Kilili was so successful at doing FOR the CNMI.  There is no doubt that Kilili set the standards for our Delegate to follow & live-up to and he also caucused with the Democrats in getting it done. But America & the CNMI are in a very different place ever before under Trump, as everything is about what Trump wants and I’m sure WE, the CNMI, is not even on his list of priorities. If our Delegate can get Trump to do the CNMI a favor, as favoritism is his brand of governing, then she might have done well.  However, WE the People must look-at and face the reality of the situation and it’s clear even on the mainland that the Democrats are our BEST hope, which is why I keep pounding on the heads of our Dems to wake-up and be TRUE to their conviction of being the “People’s Party.”  I also tried my BEST to support King-Hinds congratulating her offering KUDOS and my help with her Workforce Transition Plan. But she was only focused on CWs when WE were tasked with “TRANSITIONING” not HOW to keep CWs. She reminded me of “telling students to READ the directions,” as students are often bad at reading the directions and its clear our Delegate “failed to read the directions,” which is where we differed & probably the main reason she has displayed so much “DISRESPECT” for Ambrodamus.  I submitted my suggestions to her for the Workforce Transitioning Plan but didn’t get confirmation she even received it nor thanks, BUT she Claimed she wanted input, sad —LOL! However, since I submitted my suggestions, WE haven’t heard anything about her Transitioning Plan, as she’s avoiding accountability BY Ambrodamus.

Recently our Delegate complained of the People (Republicans) in Congress not knowing about the CNMI and the other Insular Areas of America. Well, I submitted an “Insular America Workbook” to her that I had created for teachers which Kilili also used to purchase for the new members of Congress, but King-Hinds didn’t even say thanks again, just pretended not to receive the booklet, so unprofessional. People know if I was a Republican she would’ve purchased the booklet. She thinks ignoring & being silent makes things go away, as I always try to talk or work with a leader before I am FORCED to bring the issue to the attention OF the People who hired them. She couldn’t even say THANKS, which is why it’s clear to me that our Delegate has the Same-O Republican attitude that is going to be her downfall. She lawyered her way into office with lawyer-talk & reading sentimental poems and now I’m seeing a “deflecting & gaslighting show” just like Trump to prevent voters from seeing her “Failures to Deliver from Washington FOR the CNMI,” as most voters know her real job is Deliverables from Our-Fathers-in-Washington, not playing Governor telling us what to do locally. FYI, WE the People should also be aware of the fact that the Democrats may well be in control of the House & Senate come 2026 changing the conditions to get help but WE won’t look good with a Republican Delegate — just a Political Fact for voter’s thought!

However, WE are now seeing Dr. Galvin Deleon Guerrero coming forward with the TRUTH about how Trump’s Republican administration was cutting funds and harming the CNMI with his “Big Ugly Bill & Executive Order 14324 suspending duty-free de minimis for imported goods under 800 dollars” that could cost ALL-of-us big time, not to mention the faltering mail delivery. “Dr. Galvin,” as students say, is laser focused on “Our-fathers-in-Washington, which is the MAIN job of our Delegate to deliver FOR the CNMI, as Dr. Galvin is RIGHT about the use of Section 603 of OUR Covenant. But our Republican Delegate is NOT going to try and hold the Republicans accountable, as its now common knowledge that anyone in the Party who makes waves are immediately blackballed or worse. For me, it’s obvious a “subliminal race for Delegate is underway” and Dr. Galvin, appears to truly be a real White Night, (Independent), making a lot of common sense for voters to consider. The Delegate’s job is about “what the Delegate can get Our-fathers-in-Washington to Do FOR the CNMI,” not deflecting us with local issues. WE, self-included, thought it was smart to elect a Republican Delegate under a Republican Administration, but I KNEW Trump was the real challenge and most of us who are now awake & watching know our Republican Delegate is not delivering like Kilili used to Do FOR the CNMI. Dr. Galvin, the White Knight, may be our Best Hope in the “lawyer v Dr.” race come 2026!
