Letter to the Editor: Devastating story

I can now tell the society of Rota to put that behind and focus on the devastating story I’m about to share. I will refer this as a case of domestic terrorism for the Rota community.

For many years our beautiful neighborhood has been preyed by a domestic terrorist. We all assume and have been hearing rumors on our island about an individual peeking through our windows.

Here’s a complete story of our domestic terrorist watching us while we enjoy our chips and dips on a television set.

This man has been walking and watching almost every home on our island. He pretends to work out every 5 a.m. as if is training for a big event but in reality he is victimizing our peaceful neighborhood with such an evil act.

Several times he was a suspect in such act and this was the second time he was actually caught.

What’s so sad my dear people of Rota is that the prices of commodities, fuel and power are killing our wallets on a daily basis. Now this man won’t allow us to enjoy fresh air by opening our windows. He might be right there watching your every move. He was caught peeking on my window at 5:53 a.m. less than 24 hours from the time his own mother was buried. For God’s sake please help him.

He utilizes a government vehicle assigned to his brother. He has no right to invade any one’s privacy. We the people are granted with such right and it cannot be taken away especially in our home.

I write this letter to keep my community informed and aware of what’s happening around us. I share the pain and humiliation of all his victims and I hope with this message others will be better prepared.

I hate to hear or see a child being watched by this predator, so wake up my people and watch him instead. He will fall short of his goal sooner or later.

Oh, before I end this, be careful walking around your home for it’s slippery when wet because he normally leaves some substance behind. Imagine how traumatic to your daughter growing into adulthood knowing this man has been watching her when she gets ready for school. Beware and watch out!
