$5.05 – 61cents = $4.44. The price of gasoline on Saipan should have gone down to $4.44 per gallon. Looks like Mobil and Shell are just being greedy as usual. They are quick to respond to the increase in the price of a barrel, but slow to react to the decrease. They need to learn a business ethics lesson.
